The original source code of PCB (in the vintage src section and in trunk/src in the svn repository) is under the GNU GPL version 2 (or later).

The copyright of quotes, photos submitted and other material by PCB developers are owned by those developers.

The rest of the web page (index.html, the timeline, the css, widgets/*, the screenshots, the build system of the page) are placed in the Public Domain by Tibor 'Igor2' Palinkas in 2016.
