The Webless - rules for the Friend pages
Simply by expressing their wish, anyone can be part of this list. The only
condition is that their site is comfortably usable with a small web browser.
Design, CSS, js, applets are all allowed, but any functionality of the site
must be accessible with browsers not supporting those features.
