Minor release with mostly bugfixes and a feature.

- New feature: ViewPortDialog; opens a non-modal window replicating the current
  view of the main window; scrollable/zoomable independently of the main window

- Bugfixes to enable "floating-fhs" mode (when sch-rnd is installed in an
  FHS-compatible directory tree but not under root of the file system but
  in /opt or /home/user or /tmp or anywhere else). Also enables win32 cross
  compilation

- Svg export: color space options

- EasyEDA bugfixes, plus support for tables and (graphical) buses in EasyEDA
  pro
