Release notes for sch-rnd 0.9.5 (beta)

This is probably the last beta-test release before the first stable release.

Feature highlight (details on the bugfixes are listed in the Changelog):

1. a large amount of bugfixes

2. project support in the GUI for implicit and explicit projects

3. progress on alien sheet load (gEDA and Tinycad)

4. the abstract dialog tree is sorted and the dialog got a (regex) filter
   to ease searching for specific objects

5. the view dialog allows editing the engine list (and saves the result in
   the project config)

6. sheetsel indicates for each sheet whether they are changed or not

7. sheetsel indicates sheet role in project and whether a project is implicit
   or explicit and whether the project is fully loaded
