Part of the hidlib effort, part of the older "remove any non-DAD dialog" effort. The second window besides the library window is the parametric footprint editor popup. It needs to be generated from the --help output of the parametric footprint.
The new window has one notable improvement: it is not modal. This made the code slightly more complicated (more communication between the two windows forth and back) but lets the user experiemnt with parameters more easily.
