Lunar Laser Ranging
| For those interested, this board is part of a control system for our research project on Lunar Laser Ranging in which we use pulsed laser light and retro-reflectors placed on the lunar surface by Apollo astronauts and Russian rovers to measure the lunar orbit with a precision of 1 millimeter for ultra-precise probe of gravitational physics. The project, called APOLLO Observatory's 3.5m telescope in New Mexico. We will install this board there in January. | ||||
