This alpha testing release is adding a lot of new features:
 - object list dialog, with an action to list all objects at a location
   (useful for overlapping objects; called from the context popup menu)
 - property editor dialog for examining referer/referee relations using lists
 - object history dialog
 - presets dialog (database converted from iD's)
 - DRC checks before commit
 - reference angle system with crosshair indicating the angle
