This is the first alpha testing release of osm-rnd. It's already capable of:
 - download and display imagery layers (Bing, osm tiles, generic TMS)
 - download osm vector data from the server
 - download gpx data from the server
 - load osm xml files and gpx files from disk
 - save osm xml files
 - edit nodes and ways and tags
 - commit changes
 - undo any change
