1. Configure
 Run "./configure". If it fails, look at scconfig/config.log. For reporting
 bugs, please always send scconfig/config.log and scconfig/config.cache.

 For disabling c99tree (and porty), append argument --without-c99tree

2. Compile
	Run "make"

3. Install
	Run "make install".
	
	Alternatively run "make linstall" to use symlink instead of copy (useful
	for developers of libporty).
