After a year of testing, this release offers gradual improvements
of the library and major API change of async bgproc file inheritance
and async stdio.

Key changes:
 - new async bgproc API - inheritance that works the same way on windows
   and *NIX
 - new async stdio API - 2 sockets instead of one allows better redirection
 - new API for handling libc math function corner cases, even on platforms
   that do not offer FPE
 - better wrapper around c99tree to suit daily use
 - a lot of minor fixes and new features

Unfortunately the new async bgproc feature is partially broken on IRIX.
