This release features the actual lib of libporty with the following features
 - networking
 - asynchronous dns, background processes and stdio
 - file system access (directory listing and some file attributes)
 - time/date/delay related API

From this release, scconfig is used to configure components and generate
some of the Makefiles. The library has been tested successfully
on multiple systems, including the three most popular operating systems
(GNU/Linux, OSX, windows).
