This initial release of camv-rnd can load and display gerber images,
excellon drill files and g-code mill/route paths. Using librnd, there
are 4 different user interfaces available (using librnd 3.0.0):

- gtk2 + gdk (software render)
- gtk2 + opengl (hardware accelerated)
- lesstif/motif
- batch (command line, no GUI)
