Only the implicit, automatic, extra backup save in .pcb format is affected, that used to happen in the background whenever you saved in .lht. In other words: if you saved an .lht board yesterday, you really saved two files: a .pcb backup and the .lht. From today if you save an .lht board, you really save only in .lht, only writing one file.
