Whichever you like. If you want it to be for all your designs, user; if 
you want to test it on a single project then project; if you want to test 
it on a single design (board file), then design role.  If you want to 
test it only in the current execution session, cli.

auto_integrity is a boolean, 0=off, 1=on.

Yes, on ERROR level, so unless you changed the default config, it will be 
red and will pop up the log window. Other than that, in normal operation 
you should only experience a slight slowdown with large boards.
 
When errors happen, the interesting part is not the error message, but 
what you did that led to the error.
