--00000000000028827905f6a8499f Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" It might be worth putting your gerber layer through translate2coraleda, at http://githib.com/erichVK5, as the last time i played with gerbview export in kicad, it struggled with flashed apertures, exporting only circles, iirc, ignoring non round pad/pin shapes. It can export in lihata pcb-rnd format. Not sure if kicad has improved in that regard.
