Hi Igor2,
 
Thank you for the information, I am using the the Cinnamon Window 
Manager, I checked the preferences for the Windows, which the Window 
Focus was selected as CLICK, by changing to Mouse, SCH-RND works as 
expected.
 
Sorry for the non-SCH-RND problem,
