That would be a boon. It can include anything you or any user wants: the tagging system is a free form key=value system, much like openstreetmap's. Users are encouraged to invent tag names and tagging conventions. New tag names automatically show up in the parametric search, you don't even need to register tags, just start using them. (There are a very few tags the system depends on, like "type" that tells if the resource is a footprint, font or symbol. But I keep this sort of magic low volume as much as possible) The parametric search on the web looks like digikey's, you get each tag and all possible values per tag then you can multi-select which ag values you are looking for.
