No, not that kind of stuff. I don't think it fits in the EDA suite concept 
I have. Should be a 3rd party tool. Such a tool could fit in the coraleda 
umbrella, and I let others write it.
 
(Same way "team work" a.k.a. version control, archival, excel-like 
attribute editor, etc should be external 3rd tools developed by someone 
else.)
 
What could fit is a tool that helps you design the devmap (which is mostly 
the pinout that connectsa generic (light) symbol to a generic (light) 
footprint). The added value compared to a plain text editor would be 
showing the graphics of the symbol(s) and the footprint. But this has 
nothing to do with inventory (only devmap lib) and I don't think I will 
have the time for starting yet another new project any time soon.

I think partkeepr is web based (php+sql). Not my thing. With such 
dependencies no candidate for Ringdove. (May fit in coraleda, but I don't 
think they would want to implement the glue)
