I don't think it fits in the EDA suite concept I have. Should be a 3rd party tool. Such a tool could fit in the coraleda umbrella, and I let others write it. (Same way "team work" a.k.a. version control, archival, excel-like attribute editor, etc should be external 3rd tools developed by someone else.) What could fit is a tool that helps you design the devmap (which is mostly the pinout that connectsa generic (light) symbol to a generic (light) footprint). The added value compared to a plain text editor would be showing the graphics of the symbol(s) and the footprint. But this has nothing to do with inventory (only devmap lib) and I don't think I will have the time for starting yet another new project any time soon. > one that is having dependency problems, stalled called partkeepr that could be > adopted or rewritten... (May fit in coraleda, but I don't think they would want to implement the glue) Best regards, Igor2
