Use method with symbols reference schematics to create hierarchical design and also have two folders with different variants reference schematics one level up for those schematics which is common. Reference in sub folders to schematics one level up is with symbolic link. In this case it is the part with connectors interfacing to other card which is the same so top level are the same between variants. Nicklas Karlsson
