Looking at the trace, I don't see any of the test code involved. This can happen if it's a gtk bug or if the setup of the event controller (or singla handler) is wrong. The code is so trivial on the setup that I think it's probably a gtk4 bug. I don't have this here (stock installation from debian). So far nobody else ran this test case, so we don't have non-debian data. Best regards, Igor2
