I was wrong about this one; the 0-long arc is totally legitimate there. It happens because in this algo you always "go around" a point with an arc. If you happen to come in at the same angle you leave, the arc is just zero span, which should cause no problem as it reduces into a point that is as thick as your line anyway. So this is really just a libgd rendering bug that affects export_png in pcb-rnd. I can't fix that. Best regards, Igor2
