Fixed. I've tested it to some extent and it did seem to work, including
placing via from the routing style. So at least it's probably not more
broken now than it was in the last release.

Fixed.

I had to remove a smallish feature from it, which didn't really fit
in the overall concept anyway: in case of routing styles, if the hole is
so big that the copper ring gets too thin, the original code simply
increased via copper pad diameter.

I could have done something similar with padstacks, but I decided to skip
this and just remove this feature: pcb-rnd shouldn't have such side
effects. The vendordrill plugin, as the name suggests, should be doing
nothing else but drill diameter tuning. There can be dozens of cosequences
and corner cases, most of these were never detected by the code. For some
reason for this one case, only in routing styles, it tried to be smart.
But not anymore: catching these kind of things is up to the DRC and vendor
drill is about drilled holes only.

(You are most probably not affected: I don't think any modern workflow
would use the vendor drill plugin)

Best regards,
