The fatal log line is this: io_kicad parse error at 4575.18: Unknown pad argument: solder_paste_margin_ratio There are two options here: 1. the fast way: you go there and edit line 4575 to remove the solder_paste_margin_ratio parameter 2. the slower way: you wait until miloh delivers the minimal test case so I can implement the missing code and then svn HEAD will load the original file without modification HTH, Igor2
