There are three options:

1. configure edakrill in the library path:

http://repo.hu/cgi-bin/pool.cgi?project=pcb-rnd&cmd=show&node=fp_wget

2. do an svn checkout of edakrill and configure it as a local library path

svn://svn.repo.hu/edakrill/trunk/user

3. use the web search engine at http://edakrill.repo.hu, download the
tarball of the footprint you need, unpack and place it in your lib

THe primary option here is using import schematics from within pcb-rnd.
Once you configure it (GUI provided), it is a single click forward
annotation. File menu, import, Import schematics; then select the format
(e.g. gnetlist if you use gschem) and set the file name(s). Then import.
Once you save your board, these settings are all saved and a new import
will automatically use them without any dialog box.
