I had a good results with OSHpark for one board as a trial run with slots
and enig, but they are pricey.

I have been using Seeed Studio lately with good results. They are doing
~$5USD for ten boards under 100mm x 100mm.

A lot of my boards lately are designed to fit into that preferentially
priced size.

Regards,

Erich
