The whole build process is rather manual and painful and undocumented, which will only change if we'll really have many windows users. You can get the pack at http://igor2.repo.hu/tmp/pcb-rnd-win32.zip after unpacking, cd tp pcb-rnd-win32 and run ./setup.bat then ./pcb-rnd.bat It's not a production-quality pack, just an experimental cross-compilation. I don't run windows so I can't try it, just hope it works. Please report all sort of bugs, and please expect that fixes will come slow: windows still has low prio, I can hardly imagine a typical windows user would choose pcb-rnd over kicad or eagle because of the strong CLI and scripting and Makefile support.
