After running gsch2pcb-rnd, it printed a few steps you have to execute within pcb-rnd. Did you load the generated cmd (while your board was open)? That step would normally make the modifications to the netlist. (On the other hand, I recommend switching from gsch2pcb-rnd to import schematics or importing tEDAx netlist - they are easier to use and more efficient, with less manual steps involved.) >I might have started the design with pcb version 4.2.0 or so.
