Subject: | [pcb-rnd] Building from source on Kubuntu 18.04 |

Hi All, I'm a pcb-rnd newbie and I'm building version 2.1.3 from source on a fresh install of Kubuntu 18.04 that's had all the patches applied. After patching the system I installed the following packages from the command line with sudo apt-get install gcc build-essential libstroke0-dev libfreetype6-dev gtk2.0 libgtkglext1-dev libxml2-dev libmotif-dev libgd-dev geda-gnetlist gnome-themes-standard That seem to satisfy ./configure except for one message saying "no system-installed fungw, disabling script plugin" I don't know what fungw is. Do I need to fix that missing component? Can someone point me to a tutorial aimed at a newbie? Thanks Stan
