I understand how it breaks, and the fix would be too risky a few days before the release, so it'll have to wait a bit. (The bug is an old assumption in the draw code: it remember far-side-silk by layer, not by layer group, assuming there'd be only one silk layer in the group) While playing with this test case, I found another, related bug: when the top copper layer is active, selecting/moving/deleting from the second silk layer doesn't work properly.
